From a Bodega that is primarily known for its wines made from Monastrell grapes, we now have a white wine. Its a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat and Verdil grapes, with 50% of the wine aged in new French oak barrels for 4 months. It is a brilliant pale yellow colour with greenish tinges. Aromas are of tropical fruits and fresh flowers. it has plenty of acidity yet silky and balanced with a lengthy finish.
