Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes that are hand harvested mid August, fermented in small steel tanks and kept on the lees for a minimum of 2 months. Fresh and juicy with bright citrusy notes of grapefruit and a mildly spicy tingle. Well balanced acidity makes it a suitable companion for salads, pastas or light tapas or to drink on its own.

An easy drinking, lively young wine from near Toledo made from a blend of Garnacha and old clones of Tempranillo (Cencibel). Hand harvested in early September, the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
