The Grillo grape is particular to the Trapani area of Sicily and is grown for its ability to withstand high temperatures. This dry wine has a pale greenish yellow colour, with intense aromas and warm fruit flavours. Very suitable for accompanying fish or grilled vegetables. 12.5%ABV.
