From a Bodega that is primarily known for its wines made from Monastrell grapes, we now have a white wine. Its a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat and Verdil grapes, with 50% of the wine aged in new French oak barrels for 4 months. It is a brilliant pale yellow colour with greenish tinges. Aromas are of tropical fruits and fresh flowers. it has plenty of acidity yet silky and balanced with a lengthy finish.

Domaine Bassac wines offers excellent value for money. The vineyards are situated at Puisalicon, a medieval village in the heart of the Languedoc. Made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc,Grenache Blanc and Muscat Petit Grain. It is pale yellow with light floral aromas. Fruity and round in the mouth but yet still maintaining a crisp acidity. 12.5%ABV
