Vincent Girault has been producing organic and Biodynamic wines in the Touraine-Mesland region between Amboise and Blois since 1989. The wine is kept on its lees until bottling in April. Yellow-green colour with aromas of grapefruit and green apples; mineral and grassy flavours with a smooth finish. A good match with asparagus, chicken and goat’s cheese. 13.5% ABV. Also available in half bottles. Biodynamic.
