An amphora-raised Biodynamic cuvée, made from a blend 60% Merlot, 30% Malbec and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, Premières Côtes de Blaye (on the right bank overlooking the Gironde estuary). Wild yeast fermented in concrete with a week-long, post-ferment maceration on skins, then aged in Italian clay amphora for one year before being bottled unfiltered and with minimal use of SO2. Aromatic and packed with succulent, dark berry, floral and currant notes and a vibrant freshness running through the fleshy palate. Biodynamic.
