This blend of Chardonnay, Xarel.lo and Sauvignon Blanc make this a cool, clean wine with plump but fresh grapefruit and peach fruit flavours. The grapes have been harvested and selected by hand with the Chardonnay aged for 2 months in oak barrels, giving the wine body and complexity. Lightly filtered before bottling. 12.5% vol.
